- Paid course access begins after the payment gateway confirms a successful payment.
- Lessons may require sequential completion. A later lesson remains locked until its preceding lesson is completed.
- Course videos and materials may not be copied, recorded, redistributed, resold, or made available to another person.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed by an authorized third-party payment gateway.
- Prices, taxes, and eligible discounts are shown before payment confirmation.
- A pending, failed, cancelled, mismatched, or refunded transaction does not provide paid course access.
- Refunds and cancellations, when applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Intellectual property
WellSense content, branding, course videos, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to WellSense and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited personal right to use the purchased service.

Academy content is educational and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Seek professional advice for personal medical concerns.
7. Availability and third-party services
Services may depend on hosting, payment, video, and other providers. We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary and do not control third-party websites linked from our service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WellSense is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the website or services.
